Crysta served as the project lead senior manager overseeing the new construction and development of the Alila Marea Beach Resort in Encinitas, CA in her most recent role. Crysta earned a B.S. in Planning and Sustainability from Arizona State University and a Construction Management Certificate from the University of California, Davis.
