The Ewa Mall Expansion at Ala Moana Center added 1.5 million square feet to the world's largest open-air mall, with complex construction and logistics required to keep the site open to the public and functioning during construction. The parking structure gained 819,000 square feet by adding five levels atop the existing four-story structure, remaining open throughout with strategic phasing.
Key improvements include ownership coordination and management oversight on a condo tower near the new Bloomingdale's anchor, along with cosmetic renovations to the center and food court, plus the build-out of six custom food kiosks.
