Commissioned by OliverMcMillan, a prominent San Diego development company and the building’s owner and occupant, the project balanced modern upgrades with the preservation of the building’s architectural integrity.

Our team oversaw all aspects of the renovation, coordinating with architects, engineers, and trade partners to deliver a seamless transformation. The scope included structural reinforcements, building system upgrades, and interior refinements to enhance functionality while maintaining the hall’s historic character. Working within the constraints of a dense urban environment, we managed logistical challenges, permitting processes, and construction phasing to minimize disruptions.
