Currently under construction and estimated for completion in 2025, the development includes critical infrastructure improvements such as new underground power and low-voltage systems, upgraded water mains and fire lines, and roadway widening with retaining structures. The scope also encompasses common area landscaping, enhancing the property's aesthetic and environmental sustainability.

In collaboration with Beckham Builders and JMI Realty, West Coast Management Group is managing all aspects of construction, including planning, contractor coordination, building permitting, and quality control.
